Roseworth Capital is an investment firm that provides growth capital to early stage companies in select target industries. We partner with talented management teams to build and grow market-leading businesses in healthcare, consumer/brand/retail, and specialized business and financial services.

At Roseworth, we follow a different strategy than many traditional investment firms. We utilize a partnership-oriented approach and leverage our diverse expertise to help entrepreneurs build high-value, high-cash-flow businesses over time.  As principal investors, we have the flexibility to customize our investments to the specific needs of each portfolio company. For example, we are not bound to defined exit timelines and are able to forge long-term relationships. We are flexible regarding transaction structure and level of ownership. We are willing to consider, and in fact seek, “outside the box” opportunities with unique complexities and risks that might deter other investors.
