We build teams around good ideas and provide the capital and strategic support to put these teams in business. Typically, we are the first institutional investor in our partner companies.
We limit the number of companies we partner with and work closely with our entrepreneurs to help them identify opportunities, find top talent, and grow their businesses. We typically serve on the boards of our partner companies, and we seek to become valued advisors and trusted confidants to each of our entrepreneurs.
We bring a long-term outlook to our business and look for opportunities to help entrepreneurs build their businesses into much more substantial and profitable entities on a sustainable, long-term basis. We view ourselves as business-builders rather than purely financial investors. Most importantly, we measure our success not only by our financial returns but also by the success of our partner entrepreneurs and the growth of the businesses we build together.
