Chairman and CEO
In addition to his role at Roseworth, Michael serves as Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of the FPL Advisory Group of companies, which he co-founded in 1989. Prior to this, Michael served as Executive Vice President of JMB Realty Corporation, where he focused on corporate acquisitions and institutional investment management. Michael has been an investor, operator, and advisor to a diverse set of financial services and real estate-related companies for more than twenty years. He attended Northwestern University and studied business and law at the University of Chicago.
Director
In addition to his role at Roseworth, Tim serves as a Director in the Finance and Management Consulting practice areas of FPL Associates. In this capacity he is responsible for leading and executing client engagements across multiple sectors, with a focus on commercial real estate and related financial services industries. Tim came to Roseworth and FPL from the management consulting firm ZS Associates, where he worked with clients to address a variety of issues including organizational design, go-to-market strategy, and incentive compensation. Previously, he worked in the Strategic Finance group at Bear Stearns, where he specialized in underwriting equity financings for corporate clients. Tim graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. degree in Economics and earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
